Dewberry Farms

We took Autumn to Dewberry Farms for the first time.  It was a cooler day that got warmer as the day progressed. Here we are checking out the map of all the fun things to do!
 


The first thing we stopped to do was check out the goats.  It was the funniest set up and we loved it!  They had all these bridges for the goats to climb up and across.



Below is for my mom because we were wondering why people kept donkeys with horses and what their purpose was.



This guy cracked me up!  Peek a boo!



They had this contraption there where you put the food in a cup and then pedal a bicycle wheel so the conveyer belt goes up and when it gets to the top it dumps the food onto a dish.  The goats hear it coming and climb up to get the food.



I thought it was cute how these piggies were all lined up perfectly so their white stripe was continuous!









Watch her grow! Hopefully we'll be back next year and get another picture to compare!









This first slide was pretty normal, she came out at the right speed for someone of her age.



This slide was CRAZY! She came barreling out of this slide.  I was really shocked at how fast it was.  And even more shocked that she wanted to do it again!

This kid watching her cracked me up because he said, "Wow, she came out FAST!"








We had a really great time!

Later that night we watched the Aggies play, and I'm pretty sure we won judging by these cheers!

Misc October Photos

I switched walls in her playroom where these would hang. I've planned on putting up photos of her on the wall these used to be on, but haven't yet.

We had Autumn's Mother's Day Out Open House.

It's "white day" in Autumn's class so I dressed her in a white shirt, white socks, yellow shorts with white polka dots, and white hair bands. When the teacher got her out of the car this morning she announced, "I HAVE WHITE PANTIES ON!" Love that girl!

Halloween Goings On

I decided Autumn would be a butterfly for Halloween when I saw this costume in a catalog. It was the perfect outfit for her. I figure this is the last year for me to do this as I am sure she'll have her own opinions at a few months before turning 4 years old. I also didn't let her see it until just before she tried it on to go to a Halloween to-do at a bookstore. This made the pictures that follow even better because they were her first reactions to seeing herself this way (she has never really played dress up at this point).

Autumn and I drove up to see Gram and Grandpa the weekend of Halloween.  We drove back early on Sunday afternoon so we could carve pumpkins and Trick or Treat.

She was so sweet because she wanted to give the trick or treaters at our door some of her candy.

Pumpkin Patch

We went back to the same church pumpkin patch we've been to for the past two years.  We decided to skip the big pumpkin patch farm outing because last year's visit wasn't that fun.  She had a great time at this one though.
